following:

- Fatigue or loss of energy
- Weight loss or gain
- Change in sleep patterns, sleeping too much or hardly at all
- Physical aches and pains that have no medical explanation

If you, or someone you know, experiences five or more of the
above signs and symptoms for more than 10 days, then getting help
is critical. See your primary care physician right away - don't put it
off. Be honest in describing how you've been feeling. Don't be
embarrassed or worried that you sound like a "complainer" - doctors
can't read minds, they need to know all that you've been facing.
Sharing information is the key to getting the help you need.
